Deep Collaboration Practitioner Learning Circle
About the course
-
Learning Circles will run on a 12-month cycle with an annual membership fee. Every 12 months, DC Learning Circle members will have the opportunity to stay with the community as new graduates join.
Through these Learning Circles, Deep Collaboration Practitioners will be supported to apply the work of Deep Collaboration (DC) in their role as leaders and facilitators. This learning series is only for those who have completed the Deep Collaboration Intensive course. Participants’ learning needs and challenges will inform both.
The learning series will aim to provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their leadership and facilitation practice in two distinct ways:
- Adding to the graduates’ DC tool kit more content on the cornerstones of Deep Collaboration leadership and facilitation practice (tips, tricks and techniques).
- Providing space for graduates to learn from each other by sharing stories (not glossy/gritty!) and receiving peer support on their DC practice challenges through techniques such as Case in Point, Fish Bowl, Role Play etc.
